Options include decorative roof and solar power system.

Six Person Bunk House 8' x 40'
Highlights: Three (3) double bunk beds with six (6) mattresses, 2 bathrooms (each with toilet, shower, plumbing, etc), 3 sinks, 3 entrance doors, 3 tables/desks with chairs, 3 sets of double standing steel lockers, 3 sets of swing out enclosures for window A/C units, AC volt electrical system (breaker panel, light fixtures, wall receptacles, phone/Internet hookup, wiring, etc.), windows, and two inches of rigid insulated finished walls/ceiling, vinyl floor covering and utility room.
Shower Unit 8' x 20'
Highlights: 6 shower stalls with private shower curtains, 4 sinks, mirrors above sinks, double exterior doors with single interior entrance door, window, finished walls, aluminum floor, AC exhaust fan, AC lights, plumbing and drain lines for showers and sinks. Hot water heater is not included.
Toilet Unit 8' x 20'
Highlights: 6 toilet stalls with private doors, 4 sinks, mirrors above sinks, entrance door, two windows, finished walls, alumininum floor, AC exhaust fans, AC lights, plumbing and drain lines for showers and sinks (hot water heater not included, but plumbed for).
